2024 Individual roller ski training & practice sessions

If you'd just like to train/practice and catch up with other members rather than take tuition, you can do so on the dates we run our Club sessions.  These take place at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit, usually once or twice a month, and also on Saturday afternoons after our Cambridge coaching but less frequently.

They are for members who can already roller ski safely and who book a place in advance [for insurance purposes].

Alternatively if you want to learn to roller ski or improve your skills take one of our value for money adult courses or children's course.

Dates

Check our calendar or 2024 session summary- you can train/practice on all the dates when we have a roller ski session at Hillingdon and after Cambridgeshire coaching.

Costs

Free of charge to LRNSC members - please book your place in advance.
You can join LRNSC here, individual annual membership costs just £20.00 for the year or £30.00 for a family. 

Bring your own equipment or hire

If you can roller ski safely you can hire equipment at Hillingdon @ £10.00 per session - choose the kit you need when you book your place.  Equipment hire may be available for the Cambs sessions depending on who runs the tour - please contact us to check availability.

Rules for training & practice sessions

• You must book online in advance.
• At Hillingdon please let the LRNSC volunteer on duty that you've come.
• For the Cambs tour please arrive promptly to meet the group.
  
• Please bring and wear gloves & your own cycle helmet.

Please do not to turn up to the activity if you have flu or COVID-19 symptoms.
