Our next roller ski courses begin in September and there are courses for all levels - from a taster for those who've never skied before, learn to ski for beginners, level 2 fundamentals for novices and level 3 for improvers who particularly want to work on their skating. Roller skiing is the best preparation for cross country skiing, it gives you a great workout and helps develop those ski specific muscles that will help you make the most of your time on snow. We're also running roller ski races during the autumn so these are an extra opportunity to feed your competitive spirit or to give yourself a challenge while you clock up the skiing miles.
